+net line speed error

Hi
I had a “Noise Event” on my line Sunday which caused a big drop in my BT IP Profile, it has since recovered to 6091 kbps.
However when i checked my +net line speed this morning it was still showing 0.25kbps
if it has not recovered by the time you read this could you give it a kick in the right direction please.

not answered from yesterday,

BT IP Profile for your line is - 5892 Kbps
+net Current line speed: 4 Mb

Hi bsanotrun,
I've changed the profile on our side to 5800 to allow for the BT IP profile.

Hi Mike,
A re-sync may cause a delta report to knock it down again before then, so if it does you're welcome to give us a shout to nudge it up again.
