Hi,
I need a wireless router as I would like to upgrade from my wired modem.
Is there an option for me to order a router via plusnet rather than purchase one in a shop?
many thanks

Yes you should be able to request one for the price of the postage, around a fiver.
If you get one and leave within 12 months you pay the cost of the router otherwise it's free.

Just raise us a ticket at http://contactus.plus.net and make sure there's credit or debit card details on your account so we can take the postage cost, unfortunately we can't take that from a direct debit.
