Hi, does anyone here have the experience of moving home along with the broadband. I signed a 12 months contract with Plusnet and now is the sixth month. Does it cost if I move home and continue the contract? I also heard that I could start a new 12 or 18 months contract without additional cost in new address?
It is probably best if call the House Moves team a call on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting option 1, then option 1) to discuss this further as they have all the options for you. The time to wait on the phone is not as bad as for support.
