A friend of mine want to move her adsl and phone(phone not with sky) over to plusnet from o2 /sky.
does this take long todo?
she has been having lots of down time this month and getting worse where as she not had any problems before hand and sky said there was nothing wrong with the line.
they were supposed to send new sky router last week but didnt and now say be here on monday, but she has had enough of them and want to move
