low speeds and disconnections

My broadband connection is dropping and disconnecting and when i tried to run a bt diagnostics test, my connection disconnected again?

Your connection looks pretty solid to me. Not sure why it's dropping you out on the BT Diagnostics page. Does it allow you to complete the initial Speed Test?

Jason, are you connected over wireless? If so try turning your wirless off on your PC and plug an ethernet cable in, do you still get disconnects then?

i tried wired connection when i ran the test it came up just over 3mbps download and 0.79mbps upload but when i tried to further diagnostics test it disconnected
