low dload speed

Hi Plusnet type folks
We have been having some building works here and the router has been off/on off on off on..I think you get the picture. Of course now the dload speed is way down. I suppose my ip profile is now broken! The router is now on 24/7. Will the IP prof reset after a while or do I have to do something (anything)? Many thanks

Hi there,
The DLM has set your line to 1Mb/s. We'd need to see your connection stable over the next 24-48 hours and we'd be able to place a SNR reset to rectify this.
