lots of bad looking TBB graphs - 12th april

Currently on pcl-ag02 and getting some loss after checking my graph, as watching streams is painful with caching.  So I checked the community listing and quite a few are more than problematic

I've got the same profile too - I know where you are and I'm North Cheshire - could be a BT North (somewhere) issue.

The big spike around mid-day was me rebooting my router.
