I am having problems with my connection. I have a d-link 2407b wireless router which was working fine until I changed back to plusnet.
The problem started 3 days ago when
-i started getting slow speeds[web pages taking ages to open ect],
-it was followed by every time I downloaded a program or patch/update they would be corrupt and take several attempts dowloading before they would work
-my p2p stopped working alltogether or just slowed down to a silly low speed bps instead of kps
-now although the webpage loading speeds are back to normal and adsl light is constant I keep losing internet. The only way to fix this is to go into my router type in the bt test user name leave it for 5-15 minutes then put my plusnet username back in and it reconnects. It still disconnects at random and only thing that will do it for certain is trying to use any torrent client which will cause a disconnect withing 2 minutes guarenteed.
bit stumped by this plusnet say its the router so im currently trying my old netgear dg834
