looks like bt based fibre in burton on trent is suffering again

not a happy bunny again as it looks like my fibre connection is suffering again(like 15 months ago) between 6pm and 11pm i go from for me a heathy 26 meg download down to as low as 0.8 meg,I've tried the btw tester through a pppoe and as usual when its really bad it comes up with server error,though i managed to get one result showing things are not sweet,as before i went round to my neighbour who is on sky fibre and his connection is what mine should be

A fault has been raised with Plusnet's suppliers - http://community.plus.net/exchange-information/
Hopefully they will have an update for you with an ETA on a fix.
