logging in

  Hi All,
        I am sad to report its me again  -  having trouble logging in Now !
  The user name and password i thought was Ok and in fact was stored doesnt log in and all the variants i keep in my head dont either .So I gave up and went to "forgotten your password"
page and dutifully typed in the screwed up numbers and my Known Email address about 20 times .All to no avail i tried my other email address,  AGAIN  cant get past the silly No.s page
  Is it just me or are computers malicious

Try giving Customer Support a ring on 0114 296 5198. They should be able to help you sort this out.

  Strange to say,
            but this morning just as I was going to ring the helpline,I gave it one more go with the username and password I had used a zillion times yesterday and ---------- straight in !!! . I doubt anyone will believe me that I didn't make a mistake but this sort of thing is so frustrating ! I am dreading the glitches that will occur in setting up and running the web site (whenever I finish it ,that is).
