line speed dropped

Hi
i am using plusnet technicolor fibre and have noticed some speed drops, according to the BT engineer whoi came out, he ran loads of tests on the line and said i was capable of running around 50mb
please see attachments provided
was wondering if you could turn the switch up so to speak!

Hi there,
I've just done some checks for you and the speed profile is set on BT's side at 13.7M-27.4M  so we'll need to deal with that via the faults process for you.
Please keep an eye on ticket 74769725 for updates regarding that.
