I've been getting latency spikes since about 4pm today, they last 10 seconds at most so yet to catch one with a trace so can't be sure where its happening.
Hi Gus, We've not had a great deal of complaints although one of our agents contacted me as a customer he was talking to had issues getting to a US based site - disconnecting and reconnecting to a different gateway sorted that. Any chance you could post the IP or name of the gateway you're connected to before you do the above so we can see if it was the same one?
