lagging when more than 1 device streaming

only been with plusnet a few weeks now so i thought id let it settle down before i posted this my problem is that when my boys are using there ps3 online no one else can stream anything or even play a youtube video and now it is beginning to annoy me a little bit i have posted router stats below to see if any of you can make sense of them or identify any problems with the line because its all double dutch to me thanks

They must be downloading a lot of games on the ps3, as its usually the other away around.  Gaming and general web browsing don't mix.  But that is about par for your connection speed both up and down, someone will loose out.
Unless you get a router[no not the technicolour] that can limit the speed of each device when in use, not much you can do other than getting fibre.
