just updated to bbyw pro. is it still month to month contract?

i know if i leave before the years up i have to pay for the router but is it still month to month contract.
and does the year start when i joined or when i changed to pro?

Aren't all current contracts month-by-month?
And it would only make sense that the year (for a free router) ran from when you got it. So if you got it a while back it's from then but if it came as part of the upgrade then from the upgrade.

Hi,
Yep, Pro is still a monthly contract, as all our products are. You can only change product once every 30 days though.
The deferred router contract starts from when your broadband was activated. Changing products does not affect this unless you move to a cheaper product with different hardware (ie Pro to Option 1) within the year.

Or when you changed to the product which came with the "free" hardware or took up the cheap 6 month charge which came with a new 12 month contract
