Hi my changeover date to plusnet is tuesday the 31st of may and i have had to phone about the router not being sent out ...is there a cooling off period as i think its a poor show so far
changing from bt who i felt were getting to dear
but thinking of going back to them

There is no reason you can't use your existing BT Router, unless you are going from ADSL to FTTC and you have an Home Hub 5 or older. In fact you may find you prefer your BT router!, I know I do.
Plenty of information about setting up BT routers on PN, but do shout up if you have a problem.

Hi it's a bt hub 4 I've got will that be ok or does it need to be a 5

That will work fine on ADSL, and Ok on FTCC if you also have the Openreach modem if you are going for FTTC.
