zulfi5 - Can you posts any stats from the router web interface. If you're unsure how to do so, give us the router model. (I believe if it's the 582n router the paghe you need is http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/dsl/dt/?ce=1&be=0&l0=1&l1=0)

Re: join plusnet slower speed

Well sync speed is slightly poor and there's quite a few CRC errors there, but it's on Fast Path (no FEC errors). What's the Uptime for those stats?
Have you got everything plugged in via filters, especially the Sky box (if you still have one)?
I guess the exchange is 21CN?

Re: join plusnet slower speed

Hmm, speed profile on our side is set to 21000 so that won't be affecting anything. Our suppliers have your profile at 4565 so you should be getting around that, what does a BT speed test (http://speedtester.bt.com) show?

Re: join plusnet slower speed

Well, I wouldn't be too happy with that speed. With your line attenuation you ought to be able to get speeds nearly double that.
Are you plugged into a Master socket or an extension socket? Do you have an NTE5a Master Socket?
Do all your Microfilters look like this?

Re: Line frofile change fast to Interleaved

Sorry to hear that, interleaving can often help with such issues but I'm sorry to hear that's still a problem. I'm going to advise raising a fault next but do keep us posted:
