hi just switched to plusnet and I am getting constant slow speed less than imb could this be my router it is the only thing I cant change help please its driving me mad

The burst of disconnections between 4 and 7pm on Saturday doesn't look great, but other than that the line seems relatively stable.
I've just tried to run a line test but it's showing that you're not currently in sync at the moment. I'd suggest finishing off the faults checker at https://faults.plus.net
