Hi, after some form of outage on Saturday evening my ip profile is 0.5Mbps. Still no change as of today. Normal profile had been 7Mbps . First call to support advised rebooting router, second call to support on Sunday advised to stop rebooting router.
Have raised a call via the website, hasn't been updated.

Hi Geraint,
If you go to http://www.speedtester.bt.com you'll be able to see your current IP Profile.
It may take up to 3 days for it to pick up. rebooting probably doesn't achieve that much, but equally shouldn't do any harm.
