ip profile stuck at 0.25Mb

Hi i'm currently syncing at 7200kbs but my plusnet ip profile seems to be stuck at 0.25Mb
Would somebody be able to have a look into this and see whats going on

Are you on ADSL2+?  If not, what is your BT IP Profile http://speedtester.bt.com/ ?

I'm on normal adsl (upto 8 Mb). I can't run a bt speed test just now as I'm at work.
Is my bt ip profile not something plusnet staff can check on their systems to see if it matches the plusnet ip profile?

The Plusnet system relies on periodically downloading data from BT.  Sometimes this system fails as, apparently,  in this instance http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,107082.0.html
