ip profile reset

Hi could someone arrange for my ip profile to be reset it seems to be stuck at 1.75Mbps and was usualy around 4-6Mbps.
this is from the bt speed test
Download speedachieved during the test was - 1.71 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.4 Mbps-2 Mbps.

Your DSL Connection Rate :6.34 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 1.75 Mbps

Your line is very 'iffy' at the moment. We'd need to see a stable connection before we make any changes. It should actually be automatic once the line is ok.
