ip profile reset please

Hi,
We have had a fault on our line since Friday which has just been fixed our ip profile is 0.5 . So instead of waiting 3 days before it goes up can you please reset to about 4 MP.

Cant believe how much we use our internet its only when you have a slow speed do you realise.  
Also can you do what you did before since I was getting great speeds.This is the thread about that

maybe that should be 5 Mp I have just connected at 5696!!

They're matching now.
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect that should sort it.
