internet light keeps going off and broadband flashing

Hello

My internet light keeps going off and broadband light keeps flashing, also very slow. The engineer came and checked out the wiring and said everything was ok. Do you think i need a new router?

Please help!!

Hey Kat,

I'm really sorry to see you're having a lot of connection issues, even after an engineer's efforts to fix your drop-wire to your property. I've tested your line today and the tests are showing a potential line issue still.

The problem I'm seeing is what's known as the lead-in wiring, which leads on from the drop-wire, so I'd like to arrange another engineer with you actually to take a closer look. If you're happy with this, when would you be available?

As you'd probably know, the engineers work weekdays 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm. Really sorry about this.
