internet keeps disconecting

Hi my internet keeps disconnecting (AGAIN) , and i was wondering could someone check this and tell me if anything is wrong, im posting 192 page

The SNR is a little lower than I'd like to see on a line with that many errors, which may be causing some issues. I'm going to up it slightly to try and help with the stability, you may see a slight decrease in speed but the disconnections should stop.

I dont want a decrease in speed, its slow enough as it is , since i joined plusnet i have been told that i had a fault in my line, 12 months later i am bieng told the same , if u cannot supply a reliable service ( which i pay for ) then u cannot expect me  to renew my contract ( up this month )  , i think thats reasonable , do u not ?

Sorry, but the posts on this thread were after we finish on Community for the evening hence no reply.

Looking over your account, the speeds are actually above the top end of the estimates for your line.

I can see you contacted our complaints team and they have replied too.
