I was in a similar situation, being close to the exchange (my line is only 270 meters from the exchange), and was getting plagued with disconnects.  The only solution I got was I had to have interleaving on to stabalise the connection.
Looking at the errors in the stats you have provided it looks like interleaving is actually off, as before it was applied to the line my router showed no errors, but as soon as it was applied the stats showed a lot of errors, but since interleaving stabilised the line that was all BT & PlusNet would do to help solve the issue.  Highly frustrating but as soon as we get bad weather from the south east the line gets a lot worse and by the time anyone gets round to looking at the problem its usually starting to fix itself

Not according to Plusnet, there's been a separate thread on that. There are no errors according to the stats, not a single one of any type! and frankly I wouldn't expect any. Here we are trying to discover exactly what might be triggering the occasional drops which seem to occur at certain times. The exchange proximity I don't think is related.

Got the pm, just went and setup eeverything again to make sure i am connected to the account in question and its synced up fine etc, so as of about 5 minutes ago i went onto the router login and setup everything for the account u sent in pm, and its al connected fine. so i will monitor dc's etc and speed for a few days and see what comes, thanks. also i would still like interleaving to be removed.

Can you click on http://192.168.1.254/landing.lp and copy and paste that here similar to what you did for the stats before BUT delete the MAC address at 1.3 and the IP address at 3.3 from the pasted bit.
Are you using wireless to connect your Xbox and Computer or Ethernet cable?
This information may be very significant..

The connection seems to be absolutely fine now. However, Interleaving still appears to be on the line which vexes me. I will escalate with BT on Monday.

Hmm, interesting. Now I should have picked this up from the previous stats, but noticed from the above, the sync is at 8128 and I thought it wasn't supposed to be possible to get above 8096 on an interleaved line especially with that make of line card (but I may have done so myself, I'll look back through my notes), but it may depend on the Interleaving depth which we can't tell at the user end without telnetting in, but that may be far to complicated for Mick to be bothered with.

Internets working fine as of the present, still however getting the odd latency spikes form 60 ms to well over 1000, but i guess its gunna be part and parcel of adsl internet.

OK problem is not solved as i just went into another gamer and within 5 minutes i have been disconnected again, and i thought of going onto the router and this i what i see http://gyazo.com/ce30243ddec16fba071bbc0c260617f3 I disconnected around 17 48-49 so im thinking maybe this thing here is the problem if so fix it thanks.,

It is possible to sync at 8128 with an interleaving depth of 64 in combination with TSTC DSLAM vendor.

Mick, for the third time, if you don't provide information when asked it will take longer to find out what is going on. Will you please do the following-

ok, so i just went and bought CS : GO on steam, and i cant seem to find a game, however when my mates go in a game i can join their session...

Also Can u explain why im still on interleaved? as its been like maybe a month or so now? surely there is no possible reason for it not to be done by now, they could have manually got an engineer to the exchange to do it by now

Considering that your main complaint seems to be regarding the disconnections I don't think it's wise to remove interleaving. It would be helpful for all of us if you could supply the information Anotherone has requested.
