Internet connection playing up, on and off every now and then whats wrong with it, seems all wiring connection when its first installed.

Your connection is dropping a LOT. Have you made any changes to electrical equipment recently?
I'd strongly advise going through the faults checker at https://faults.plus.net - this will give you some checks and tests to go through and will report the fault to our faults department here.
