internet been dropping out

can someone please check my line or somthing, my internet has been dropping out over the last 2 days, and its slow aswell, also the games i play on my computer im now getting double the pings and a big packet loss wich is very frustrating trying to play games online, nothing has changed at my end, i.e. touched my router cables and filters e.t.c.

Our connection logs don't show that your connection is dropping out regularly:
Also our line stats show that your modem is connected at 8128kbps downstream and 448kbps upstream which is maximum speed for ADSL broadband. Speed profiles on BT side and our side are consistent at 7150kbps which is also the maximum speed profile.
I would recommend that you perform a speed test at http://www.speedtester.bt.com/ to ensure your throughput is ok. We expect a speed of approximately 6500kbps.
