interleaving in PN control panel

Ive tried requesting interleaving off using the PN control panel, but get the response "We were unable to complete your requested action. This may be the result of a temporary fault.  Please try again in a few minutes."
Does this work?
I have recently moved onto 21CN, though am now well over the 10 day training - as my ping is arguably more important to me than a little loss in speed (12mb), is it possible to turn this off on 21CN, and can it be done by the control panel?

That is because nobody knows - if you really want it turning off quickly (before it is picked up on Monday) raise a ticket

Hi chesterfield,
I managed to change it via the member centre, so it look's like it may have been a blip and I've seen no other instances reported. Anyhow that's now set to off. It's still displaying as interleaving on, that will change when the modify is complete which should be by tomorrow.
