Given their were problems earlier today - does the fact I am only getting about 300k -at the moment on http://www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk/
when I normally get 6M - indicate there are still problems ? ? ?
Accessing normal websites like BBC and even PN seem to look ok

hi,
I've got a questions but it might sound a bit confusing!
your connection log shows that you are not online  I'm not really sure if you are using plusnet broadband or another service like edge or gprs? or is it me checking someone else's account

OK Rami - thanks - I'm back now - but created a user account on my home ADSL - sorry for the confusion
I've not had much joy with the BT tester to date - but I'll see what I can do
