been having work done in the house since Friday last week, that has required the power to be cut a few times.
what i've been doing is dropping the PPP connection then turning the router off - once per day when it's been required.
i assume this is the correct way to do it to stop DLM kicking in and thinking something is a-miss?
every time i've reconnected my sync speed has remained the same (give or take a few Kbps here and there) - always 17Mbps+

Sorry, just curious... So log in to router and click disconnect? I've always just pulled the plug to turn off / restart my router. Is that wrong?
