how to access my website

I recently moved from Tiscali dial up to Plusnet Broadband. But I can't access my Tiscali website - I used WS-FTP. Can anyone advise how I alter the settings to access through Plusnet Broadband?

Hi Jim
A quick scan of Tiscali's forums suggests that moving ISP means your ability to access your former providers webspace is not possible. Do they offer an 0845 dial up service or do you know anyone with a Tiscali account which you could use to attempt access and thus create a local back up of the site?
