how reliable is BT speedchecker

My SNR was reset again this week and appears to be holding. My Line speed has increased along with my sync.
I decided to try the BT test to check my throughput what do people make of these results. Some sites I can download from at 400kbps. Webpages are often slow to load even pn and the like of goole and bbc
In master socket.

Re: how reliable is BT speedchecker

Looks like contention/congestion at peak times. Try running a few tests just before midnight, or in the early hours (not 12-1am) or first thing in the morning.
Also check your exchange VP status here.
Might be worth noting which Gateway  you are on and looking at the packet drops here.

Re: how reliable is BT speedchecker

PN are looking into it.
Curently on pcl-ag01.
Graph shows a high number of dropped packets for un identified traffic. (correction there not a high no of drops it is not obvious that the scal may be different across all the graphs)
last test 1hr ago has results that were a bit more like it.
