Is it possible to upgrade from home bb option 2 to business option two?

Hi there,
Yes it's possible, but it's a manual process and you'd need to raise a ticket rather than going through the account change tool in the Member Centre.

I raised a ticket ( 31440605 ) a fortnight ago, nothing appears to be happening
