green light Still beeping

hi
i'm waiting for the activation which said on the latest email that
"Your service is due to go live on 16/07/2013. Your order could complete any time on this date, up to midnight."
but right now the green light on the broadband section still beeping.
i loging in to the router it said
"Your DSL connection is down. Verify that your Technicolor Gateway is correctly connected to your phone line. If the problem persists, check your documentation"
so could you kindly check if the broadband is activated already or not

Hi there,
Sorry for any confusion but your broadband order is due to complete by the 19th, not the 16th.
If you were to log into http://contactus.plus.net you'd also see service note SN166042384 sent prior to the one you've quoted as saying "Your service is due to go live on 16/07/2013" so I'm not sure why you were sent a separate notification with an earlier date.
To clarify the order is due to complete by the 19th, however it's likely that it may complete tomorrow on the 18th.

yeah, at first place i'm confuse too
because the sms text sent to me that it will go live at 16th then 18th then 19th then 16th again
also in the email said 22th 19th and 16th respectively.
anyway, guess i need to wait for it a little longer

Just continue from my previous post.
Now my led light no broadband is turn solid green
But the internet light is turn solid red.
So I follow some intruction and going thought the stage that I have to
Insert my username and password.
When do it, it will loading and end up with the message
Authentication failed  all the time
I'm pretty sure that I put the right user and password name
What should I do next?
Please advise
