getting increasingly frustrated !

I would like to say to PUSNET that I am getting increasingly frustrated with my slow Internet
I have had three engineer visits over the last six weeks I am receiving less than half a megabytes I even lost my phone line for a week
the last visit was last 20/9 Monday called about it got told they are waiting for engineer notes
since then I have not heard a word?
Here are my last readings on my DSL Connection
Uptime: 1 day, 2:07:39
DSL Type: G.992.5 annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 444 / 572
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0.00 / 0.00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.5 / 0.0
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 26.0 / 44.5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 23.5 / 22.5
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / IFTN
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): 0
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 6,455
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 0
If this issue does not get resolved quickly and I would like to point out I should get a refund in my opinion
if not I have no choice but to contact ofcom ,
Like I said I had been very patient but this is really getting a bit silly now
sincerely yours
dennie

Re: getting increasingly frustrated !

HI Dennie,
I've just got one of our faults guys to pick it up. They're going to update your ticket and give you a call this afternoon.
