fttc speed drops - constantly resetting

Hi,
Thanks in advance for any advice.
I have had a look through the speed threads on here but can see to find my specific problem.
After resetting my router my dl speed is around 13m.  Throughout the day the speed drops and I can end up with 2-3 m.
reset the router and I am back in business at 13m.  
This has only started happening recently and I thought it had all been fixed but problems still persist.

Everything is set correctly with your profile on our side.
I can see that you have opened a fault ticket, if you complete the initial questions then we can look further into this.
