according to recent communication with openreach my cab and exchange are due to go live tomorrow but my new cabinet is not humming. does this non humming not bode well for a December start?
I'm not sure at which part of the activation the cab would be powered up but I would guess that is part and parcel of the activation process so I'd see what happens today.
