Hi there,
I've adjusted your profile on our side to match the one at BTs (24600), as for the slowdown there's not really a lot we can do there. Once again I suspect crosstalk (more fibre services installed at the cabinet you're connected to and they're adding interference thus slowing down all the connections in the cabinet) but there's nothing we can do about that unfortunately and we've not heard anything official either.
All I can say is, hope things improve and that the connection speed does get back up again to where it was 😕

That sounds like you're connecting to the router wirelessly, and that's the connection that's dropping. I say that because we're not seeing the same drops on our side of things:

Is it the same if you connect the computer to the router using a network cable?

Have you done any BT speed tests at all? You can do that at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com - that'll give us a better idea of what's going on and also give our faults team a bit more information for their investigation.
