does anyone have any ideas as to how I can resolve this problem I am currently only receiving about 30 speed download 20 upload but I should be receiving around 60 download according to the estimate. my profile is set to 72 so no problem and a second BT engineer has come to review the line quality and says that he can receive on his machine 72 up to the modem so everything is perfect from their point of view he then tested my laptop plugged in via eithernet out of router and recorded 28. WiFi is slightly better at mid 30s on nexus 7 and I have a tg582 router. Any suggestions please . I have logged a fault.
