fibre optic speed

can anyone help i should have speed of about 59mps which is my profile speed but only get 41mps when i do speed check i have phoned plusnet 3 times with no change to speed as i'm paying for faster speed could there be another problem

What browser are you using? I find Firefox gives my slower results over IE.

Can I suggest you visit https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed to check the Plusnet current line speed on their system.
Then visit speedtest.btwholesale.com, click on 'yes' then 'begin speedtest'. When you get the result click on the bottom box 'Further Diagnostics'.put in 'Telephone Number of the broadband circuit:' and click 'ok' then post all the results here.
