few more days...

Cheesy just to be sure,are there is everithing confirmed for 30.12.13 for my fiber broadband instalation?I hope PN staff can check this for me?

I've checked on our suppliers systems and the appointment is showing for the 30th between 8am and 1pm

Generally the FTTC speeds are determined within the first 2-3 days of the connection going live.
We'd hope your speeds will be around your speed estimate but we won't know until after the installation as taken place.

good morning all  Smiley are there is any updates on my account? i get email this morning that my line is active to get FTTC and line set to 78 Mbps  Cheesy whits is good start,just still waiting for enginerr to come and do they job....time slot is 8AM to 1PM.....hope they not miss a appointment  Roll_eyes

so far,so good,enginerr arrive,do a job on street cab,but line comes whit earth foult,hope change a pairs on cab will helps.....

job done,now have a question,the my account shows the estimate speed is set to 78Mbps,but on speedtest i get arround 36Mbps-45Mbps.....why is that differens?everithing is conected by wires...

We've not yet received a line report due to how recently your service was installed, so I can't see whether it's running at a good speed for the line or not. We'll have to check this again tomorrow to see whether a line report has been generated.

Your profile is set at 77400 which is really good, so you should be seeing very good speeds now.

thanks for your reply,yes i see that profile is set to 77400kbps,but its strange couse i still get speed arround 35Mbps,and everithing conected by wires....can you give some advice to me?can you check my stats on your side?

We're seeing the same 77400 profile on our supplier's systems now, hoping speeds have improved for you?
