Financial or other transactions? Not good is it?  Please do something, or I`ll have to.

We get a lot of failures with Santander, they are always ringing us after the card fails. I just thought it was par for the course these days.
But none the less infuriating when you need to ring them on a 0845... number to sort it out Sad

What on earth is this thread about
If it is Santander it should be in Chit Chat
If it is Plusnet billing it should be in Accounts and Billing
Clarification needed as the previous post by the OP was in August 2012
