extremely slow download speeds

Hi, i have been experiencing slow download speeds for a few days now, i have tried everything possible, and i would like to know what is goin on, i can browse fine, and no buffing on videos, but when it comes to downloads they are ridiculously slow.... i dont understand it? have i had my internet capped so i cant download?
i would really appreciate an answer as its kinda annoying now.

Hi, sorry to hear that. From what we can see you should be getting speeds of around 9Mb (current profiles match across our side and BTs at 9100kb/s), so if you could run a BT speed test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com from both wired and wireless connections to the router we'll be able to advise further.
