i raised a fault  and have just recived this , not being a expert can someone explain in easy terms what it means

Loop loss is same as attenuation as reported by router.
Max stable rate is the MINIMUM sync rate you sync'd at during the 10 day training period at the start of ADSL2+
Fault threshold is set at 80% of the max stable rate. Any syncs above this figure are not normally considered a fault as such - just the way things are.
You had 2 lines drops in 72 hours so that means 3 sessions/connection periods were sustained so the mean time between re-connections (called retrains here) is 72hours converted to seconds and divided by 3.
not too sure of the rest though some I have an idea so rather than guess/mislead I'll wait on those more knowlegeable than me.
ILQ is some internal plusnet line setting status flag I think?

I think ILQ is Indicated line quality which is Red with a Mean Time Between Errors downsream of 3 seconds; that's over 25000 per day - ie a lot.
The NIC (network interface card ? perhaps what we usually call the line card) in the exchange has out of range voltages and this needs to be investigated.

mm cheers , still a bit in the dark , but basically i have some problem with a connnection  that needs investigation .
i dont want to say i told ya so ,, but i have been having probs for some time but this was never picked up before  , maybe it may allow me to play 100% of  the time rather than just 90% lol
