my landline and broadband randomly went off on wednesday and the engineer came on friday and took 4hours and couldnt fix the problem and there were two of them. they said you need to contact plusnet and i did and i got to wait till tuesday and i cant even wait till then. i need it ASAP. they didnt fix it because they ran out of time. im upset and angry.

I am sorry that you are without service. It looks like an engineer has been assigned to your fault and we should have an update later today.
