engineer visits

Hi my engineer was due today between 1-6 and they have not turned up very disappointed could you please tell me why this has happened?

Sorry to hear about that. Your best option (if you haven't already) would be to phone up the existing faults team on the regular number. The system should pick up that you have a fault and put you in the right place.
