when i reinstalled my laptop to clear a virus of off it i had to delete everything includng my .pst file for outlook but there is one really important email that i need
is there any way to recover or recieve that email again or has it gone orever

If you access your mail using POP3 then I'm afraid it's unlikely that you'll be able to recover the lost message
