email problems

Hi there,
At this moment I have 10 e-mails showing. The problem is in 2 parts.
First, not all mails are downloading from the 10 showing Smile & Martins money tips have not come down.
Next, I had an email last week that just disappeared before my eyes even though I had not touched or clicked it.
Any one have an idea of whats going on.

Hi Barney,
The first problem sounds to me like you have a malformed or corrupted email that's preventing you from downloading what's behind it. I'd normally suggest you login using Webmail to delete it before trying again.
No idea with the second issue. How are you accessing your email?

Hi Bob,

I deleted all those that were in the web mail box yesterday. If you now 21.35pm  look there are 9 in there, none of the 6 from Apple have come down.I really don't know what is going on.
