hi I've recently moved a few weeks ago. finally got an message today from plusnet saying my broadband is now all up and working and phone line all ok. surprise surprise just like the last time I moved...it doesn't work again. the dsl line is down and I don't have any broadband light. tried turning off, unplugging and resetting in the back...nothing! any help guys....if not I fear I'm gona be stuck on the phone for 45 mins plus as usual! it's the TG582N router.
