dsl connection down

This week my router has been connecting and disconnecting. The router connects to the Internet for around a minute then disconnects again. I have gone through the online troubleshoot process serval times and each time it wants me to use another router which I do not have access to. Is there any way you can help?

You should be able to say on the troubleshooter that you don't have an alternate router to test with, this will allow the fault report to continue.
