dropping connections and speed

Can someone check our line? Over the last 2/3 weeks we keep getting disconnected and suffer slow this evening at 11.30pm. Its working now but its a recurring fault which renders the internet unusable on a regular basis regardless of time of day/night  Undecided

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the issue, I can also see that your line is randomly having periods of instability and that seems to have caused the drop in speeds. I've run a few tests but can't see any obvious causes for the issue so I'm going to advise raising a fault:
